DESCRIPTION	Proteomics techniques are extensively utilized in the fields of biology and medical science to quantitatively identify changes in protein levels and modifications for various biological processes and diseases. This course aims to provide an introduction to the fundamental theories and methodologies of proteomics and how these techniques can be employed to solve complex problems. The first part of the course will cover the biology function of proteins, strategies for protein identification, and methods for protein separation and quantification. The second part of the course will delve into a wide range of topics, including protein interactions, modifications, chemical proteomics, data analysis, and case studies in medical applications. Upon completion of this course, students will possess a comprehensive understanding of proteomics and the potential applications of these techniques in both research and clinical settings.
