| DESCRIPTION | This advanced postgraduate course is designed for graduate students across disciplines (including but not limited to PhD, MPhil, and MFA students in computational media and art). It integrates art business, cultural management, project leadership, and cutting-edge technologies—including blockchain, NFTs, tokenization, and Real-World Assets (RWA)—to build sustainable, professional, and academically rigorous creative practices. Students examine the structure of global art markets, digital art ecosystems, institutional management, funding strategies, and intellectual property for code-based, interactive, and AI-driven art. A dedicated one-week off-campus study trip connects classroom learning to real-world institutions, galleries, art tech labs, and creative industry platforms. The curriculum balances critical theory, practical management skills, and entrepreneurial innovation, empowering students to develop viable professional studio models, exhibition and funding strategies, or academic research projects at the intersection of art, business, management, and emerging technology. |
